Information we collect
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and (for experts) professional details like headline, bio, work history, and rate. When you book or pay for a session, payment is processed directly by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details.
How we use it
We use your information to run the marketplace: matching clients with experts, processing bookings and payments, and sending transactional emails about your account or bookings. We don't sell your personal information to third parties.
Where it's stored
Account and booking data is stored with Supabase, our database provider. Payment processing and storage of payment methods is handled entirely by Stripe under their own privacy and security standards.
Your choices
You can update your account email and password at any time from Settings. To request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account, contact us — see below.
